Welcome to my portfolio. Built by me from scratch using HTML and CSS, this site highlights some of the interaction design projects I've worked on in graduate school and in industry. I'm passionate about optimizing the user experience, and my background has allowed me to accumulate a unique skill set. In particular, I have:

• A Master’s degree in mechanical engineering with over 18 graduate credits in the areas of human factors and interaction design
• Experience using a variety of interaction design and evaluation methodologies (including task analysis, usability testing, ethnographic research, etc.)
• Broad cross-functional work experience spanning marketing, user interface design, and product design
• Experience writing and evaluating product requirements
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Flash (with Actionscript)
• Excellent HTML and CSS skills with a working knowledge of Javascript
